Refund policy

Love, creativity, and dedication are at the heart of our handmade products. Due to the time and effort involved in crafting each item, we have a strict No-Refund policy.

However, we do offer replacements if the product arrives damaged. To qualify for a replacement, we require a video of the parcel being opened from the very beginning. Without this video, we won’t be able to process a replacement, even for damaged items.

Please note, we can either replace the entire product in case of damage or provide a discount code for the amount paid, excluding shipping charges. Refunds are not available.
